Each red label is something we’d set up for the restaurant. Customers get an easy way to order and a reason to come back. The owner gets the money from her own orders, not a delivery app’s cut.
Order online, pick it up hot
The real menu, on the restaurant’s own site. Customers pick a pickup time, pay, and get a text when it’s ready. Full slots close themselves so the kitchen doesn’t drown on Friday night. No commission to anybody.
Points on every order
$1 spent = 1 point. 150 points = $15 off. It works the same for dine-in, pickup and catering, tied to the customer’s phone number. No punch card to lose.

A birthday gift they actually use
Customers add their birthday once. A week before, the system sends a free dessert and a reason to book a table. Most people don’t celebrate alone, so one free tiramisu brings in a table of six.
